Casa Benedetti, a jewel in the heart of Cortona, Italy is a quiet, beautifully restored apartment in a 17th-century building situated just off Piazza Repubblica, the main hub of this Tuscan village. The apartment is spread over 2 levels, with living area on the first floor and 2 double bedrooms upstairs.

This magnificent Balinese villa and compound sits a few hundred meters from the beach and
offers stunning views of the ocean, valley and mountains beyond. The Master of Ceremonies for the night is Nick Allard
Meteorologist, News Channel 8 at Sunrise
Before coming to KGW, Allard was most recently a weekday and weekend morning Meteorologist for KING 5 and NWCN in Seattle. Before moving to Seattle he was a weather anchor at KVEW-42/KAPP-35 in the Tri-Cities and Yakima Washington from 2003-2006. At KVEW, he reported for about a year, before becoming the main weather anchor. He produced and anchored the weather casts for the 5, 6, and 11 for both stations, but was based out of the Tri-Cities. He also hosted Ultimate Yard Makeovers, Muscular Dystrophy Association Telethons, and reported live from Detroit the week leading up to Super Bowl XL, and during the game.
Allard received his B.A. degree in Broadcast News & Production, from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University. He also finished his Meteorology Certification Program at Mississippi State University. Allard has a seal from the American Meteorological Society. He enjoys spending time with his wife Megan and his dog Clyde. He also enjoys playing all sports, and spending time outside.
